The 2023 James Memorial Pointscore
A season-long competition to crown the Tour's No 1 player.
Points are accumulated at each event (including team events and weekend tour events) with the top player at the end of the season winning the James Memorial Trophy.

It's just like combining the FedEx Cup and the Race To The CME Globe. A family tradition continues and we salute Larry's son, James.
Terms and Conditions (1.11.2023 Update):
The pointscore will run from the December game to the following November game coinciding with the AGM/Gala Day.

Points will be awarded as follows: 5 points for best individual score on the day; 4 points for the second best score, 3 points for the third best score and 2 points for fourth with 1 point for every other starter.

On the weekend away the regular points are given for the overall result over two championship rounds with an extra point for everybody who plays the third game which is usually an ambrose. Dougie Day or any extracurricular events will carry just the one point for everybody who plays.

As stated, the last points will be tallied up after the November game at the AGM/Gala Day and the prizes will be awarded during the day’s presentations. If the winners are not there for that game the prizes will be held until they return.

If it is still tied the player with the most individual points, i.e. team games not counted, will win out.
